About us
Join our international customer support team in central Lisbon to assist Nordic customers with digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email and phone.
- Support delivery tracking, technical troubleshooting and general queries.
- Document tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Required: Native or fluent Norwegian.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
