Join our international customer support team in central Lisbon to assist Nordic customers with digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email and phone.
• Support delivery tracking, technical troubleshooting and general queries.
• Document tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Required: Native or fluent Danish.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
