Job Title: Digital Customer Support — Swedish
Location: Central Lisbon, Portugal
Employment: Full-time, Monday–Friday. First 3 months on-site then Hybrid.
Start: By agreement

Join an international company’s customer care team in central Lisbon to deliver high-quality digital support to Nordic customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via chat, email and phone.
- Assist with delivery inquiries, technical issues and general customer questions.
- Log, track and follow up on cases until resolved.
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with other teams to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Required: Native or fluent Swedish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior customer service or technical support experience preferred.
- Service-oriented, structured and problem-solving mindset.
